The changes we go through in business is affecting our plans. We figured we could build a stellar career or become somebody of importance but with the strong headwinds our plans appear to fall by the wayside. Thousands upon thousands of professionals need to find a new job. Or at least their concepts of career-making need to be redone. So what’s your plan B. Switch over to the competitor?! Switch to a different area of business but remain doing the same kind of work? Or is your plan B all about Plan You?! Geared to what your true talents and passion are. Isn’t it high time to start doing what you really like. What makes you happy and only in second instance pays the bills?!
