Some people will never get it. Just a few understand but still have the issue of persuading all the others. Yes, people are not mere resources. They determine the difference between succes or failure. Between profit or loss. Unfortunately even HR is still talking about assessments and extrinsic motivators…. If C-level would start to understand that culture is not something soft but extremely important in getting the results we want, life at the corporates would become so much more pleasant, inspiring and rewarding! Especially in this era of change, the people will need to feel the change as something they want as well. Better start working on it because change is here!
